Q. What is your pet policy?
- A. We accept dogs and cats under 50 lbs
- A maximum of two pets are allowed per home
- Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the apartment home
Breed Restrictions:
The following list of breeds are restricted:
Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Staffordshire Terriers, Argentine Dogos, Bull Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Fiila Brasileiros, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Tosa Inus, Wolf Hybrids, All mixes of these breeds.
We also restrict these pets: Livestock, Ferrets, Snakes, Rabbits, Reptiles, Monkeys.
Q. What are the local schools?
A.Elementary: Woodridge Elementary
B. Middle: Chinook Middle School
C. High: Bellevue High
Q. What is the move in process?
A. We ask for an application
B. Upon passing the the credit application we ask for a holding fee which will become the security deposit when the lease is signed
C. We ask for the first month’s rent before the signed lease
Q. Do you provide fully furnished apartments?
A. We have furnished package starting at $500 per month
Q. How much is utilities?
A. Your utilities would be charged depending on your consumption. Each home is metered individually
Q. Are there washer and dryer inside the home?
A. Yes. There are washer and dryer inside every home
Q. What is your parking like?
A. We have an open lot as well as controlled access underground parking
